All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@shivatechnohub.com within 7 days of the initial complaint. Refunds are only issued after a full evaluation of the request and mutual agreement.
Clients may cancel a project at any time by submitting a written request. Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our senior support team at info@shivatechnohub.com. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably.
